Minor skin and soft-tissue procedures are done right here, with local anesthesia and in a single visit. You walk out with clear aftercare instructions.

What can be removed?

Moles, sebaceous cysts, lipomas, warts and small skin lesions that bother you, rub against clothing or have changed in appearance. The lesion is examined first; if its appearance calls for study or it needs major surgery, we guide the referral.

What does the procedure involve?

The area is cleaned and local anesthesia is given: you feel the initial pinch, then pressure. The lesion is removed, closed with stitches if needed and covered. From prep to closure it usually takes 20 to 40 minutes, depending on size and location.

Will it leave a scar?

Any cut leaves a mark; what changes is how noticeable it is. Size, location and aftercare all matter: keeping it clean, avoiding sun exposure for the first months and not picking the scab. We give you written instructions.

What should I watch for afterward?

Spreading redness, pus, bad smell, fever or pain that increases from the third day on. Stitch removal and follow-up wound care are also done here, walk-in.

Is what you remove sent for analysis?

When the appearance of the lesion warrants it, the sample is sent for study and we explain the result when it arrives. If the evaluation shows the case needs a specialist, we guide the referral before doing anything.

When can I go back to my routine?

The same day for desk work. If your job is physical or the area is over a joint, it is best to avoid strain for a few days so the wound does not open. We tell you based on where it is and how it closed.

No appointment and no insurance needed. Our whole team speaks Spanish, parking is free and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

You pay per visit, with no insurance involved. We take cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and phone payments. We do not take checks. Ask about the price of your service when you arrive or over the phone: we tell you before we start, so you know what you are paying.
