The lab is inside the clinic: your sample is drawn on the spot, with no appointment, and we explain the results in Spanish, without jargon. If you have never been here, we explain how a visit works.

Which tests do you run?

Complete blood count, metabolic panel, hemoglobin A1C, lipid panel, thyroid panel, liver and kidney function, vitamin B12 level, and the panels required for work, school or immigration paperwork.

Do I need to fast?

For fasting glucose and the lipid panel, yes: 8 to 12 hours without food. A1C, the blood count and the thyroid panel do not require it. Water is fine, and it actually makes the draw easier. If you take daily medication, ask before skipping a dose.

How long do results take?

In most cases they are ready the same day and we go through them with you: which value is out of range, whether the test should be repeated and what the next step is. If treatment is needed, it starts during the same visit.

Tired or low on energy?

Can I order a test without a visit?

Yes, you can request the panel you already know you need. If the result comes back abnormal, the logical next step is a visit to interpret it alongside your symptoms and decide on treatment, and that can happen the same day.

We are on Spencer Hwy, at 6500 Ste 180, just off Highway 225 and minutes from Deer Park, South Houston and La Porte. We open seven days a week: Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM, so you can come after work or on the weekend without taking time off. No appointment and no insurance needed. Our whole team speaks Spanish, parking is free and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

How payment works

You pay per visit, with no insurance involved. We take cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and phone payments. We do not take checks. Ask about the price of your service when you arrive or over the phone: we tell you before we start, so you know what you are paying.
