We are the clinic on Spencer Hwy: 6500 Ste 180, right off Highway 225, in Pasadena. We open seven days a week and see patients without an appointment and without insurance. If you have never been here, this is how a visit works and what can be resolved in a single stop.
How walking in works
You arrive, check in and wait your turn. No need to call ahead or have an assigned doctor. Patients are seen in order of arrival, so the quietest hours are usually mid-morning on weekdays; evenings and weekends are busiest, because that is when people are off work.
You pay per visit. Before any test starts you can ask the price, and we tell you. We accept cash and cards, including phone payments.
What can be resolved in one visit
Having our own lab means most things close the same day:
- Visit and lab work together: blood, urine or stool tests with the sample taken right here.
- Paperwork: I-693 immigration exam with a USCIS-authorized physician, DOT exam for a CDL license and school and sports physicals with the form signed.
- What hurts today: throat and urinary infections, flu, wound care, abscess drainage and minor surgery.
- What always needs watching: diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol, thyroid and women's health.
Who sees you
The clinic's medical team, who speak Spanish as a first language. That matters more than it sounds: describing pain, understanding a dose or asking an uncomfortable question should not depend on your English or on your child translating.
Before you come
Bring your ID, your medication list and, if you are here for paperwork, the form you were given (school, work or your USCIS notice). If the test requires fasting, morning is your best window.
For the most requested paperwork we have separate guides: DOT exam, I-693 exam and diabetes management.
We are open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Phone: (832) 617-7439. We also see families from Deer Park, South Houston and La Porte, minutes away via Highway 225.
