What are they usually required for?

Hiring, periodic company checks, after a workplace incident, or as a requirement for paperwork. Bring the form your employer gave you, if you have one, so the result is documented the way they ask.

What is the test like?

Usually a urine sample in a private area, with chain-of-custody records when the process requires it. It takes a few minutes and the result is provided in writing.

What should I disclose beforehand?

The medications you take, prescription and over-the-counter, because some can affect how a result is interpreted. Saying so up front avoids awkward explanations later.

Is it confidential?

The result is handled discreetly and provided in the format your process or employer requires. If you are here for a DOT exam or a workplace physical, it can all be handled in the same visit.

How long does it take and when do I get the paperwork?

Sample collection takes a few minutes and the result is provided in writing with a date. If your employer requires a specific format or a send-out to a lab, say so when you arrive: it changes the procedure, and that is better known before starting than after.

What should I know before coming?

Bring your ID and arrive hydrated, because without enough sample you have to wait. No fasting needed. If the test is part of a hiring process with a deadline, come early: late in the day the waiting room is fuller and paperwork takes longer.

We open seven days a week: Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM, so you can come after work or on the weekend without taking time off. No appointment and no insurance needed. Our whole team speaks Spanish, parking is free and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

How payment works

You pay per visit, with no insurance involved. We take cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and phone payments. We do not take checks. Ask about the price of your service when you arrive or over the phone: we tell you before we start, so you know what you are paying.
